Only five ingredients are needed for this refreshing, summertime parfait!
1. Wicked Jack’s Tavern Butter Rum Cake (crumbled)
2. Raspberries or raspberry jam
3. Lemon-flavored ice cream
4. Whipped cream
5. Lemon zest
