Only five ingredients are needed for our refreshing, summertime Lemon-Raspberry Rum Parfait.
Lemon-Raspberry Rum Parfait
Wicked Jack’s Tavern Butter Rum Cake (crumbled)
Raspberries or raspberry jam
Lemon-flavored ice cream
Whipped cream
Lemon zest
Simply layer the crumbled butter rum cake, raspberry jam or raspberries and lemon-flavored ice cream. Top with whipped cream and lemon zest to make this dessert zing!
