2 oz. Coconut Rum
.5 oz. Blue Curacao Liqueur
Pineapple Juice
Using a rocks glass full of ice, pour in the run and Blue Curacao and top it off with pineapple juice. Stir the top slightly, leaving the blue on the bottom of the glass – until the drink turns green. Enjoy with your favorite Wicked Jack’s rum cake.
